Mosquito LV / SPT
The Mosquito LV and Mosquito SPT (SPT Labtech, formerly TTP Labtech) are positive-displacement nanoliter pipetting systems using a disposable polymer tip per channel. Volume range is 25 nL to ~1.2 µL with single-percent CV. Common in protein crystallography setup, NGS library prep, and miniaturised compound serial dilution.
Supported methods

Integration
Section titled “Integration”Revolution drives the Mosquito via SPT Labtech’s mosquito Software interface over a TCP control channel. Source and destination plates are pre-defined on the deck before the run; Revolution dispatches the action sequence and monitors the completion state.
