Thermo MultiDrop
The MultiDrop Combi and MultiDrop Combi nL (Thermo Fisher) are cassette-based bulk reagent dispensers. Volume range is 0.5 µL to 2.5 mL per well (Combi) or down to 50 nL (Combi nL). Tubing/cassette swaps let you switch reagents between runs.

- Per-well dispense — different volume per well via dispense map
- Multi-cassette runs — sequential dispenses with different reagents
Integration
Section titled “Integration”Revolution drives the MultiDrop via its USB / serial command interface using Thermo’s documented protocol. Cassettes are primed before each run and Revolution reports dispense completion back to the schedule.
