Mettler Toledo Balances
Mettler Toledo XPR and XSR balances are high-precision analytical balances suitable for automated workflows — 0.01 mg readability, draft shield with motorised doors, and a documented serial / Ethernet command interface.
Supported methods
Section titled “Supported methods”- Read mass — return the current stable reading
- Zero / tare — set the current reading as the zero
- Open / close door — explicit door control for automated handoff
- Status query — current reading, stability, temperature, error state
Integration
Section titled “Integration”Revolution drives Mettler Toledo balances through the MT-SICS command set over RS-232 or LabX / Ethernet. The driver enforces a “stability wait” between request and read so mass values reported to the run record are always settled.
