Cellvista
The Cellvista (SynenTec) is a high-throughput automated cell imaging platform designed for detailed cell analysis at scale. Supports brightfield, phase contrast and multi-channel fluorescence imaging; pairs with SynenTec’s YT analysis software for cell-level quantification.
Supported methods
Section titled “Supported methods”- Image — multi-channel acquisition with configurable exposure and Z-stack
- Plate scan — full plate or selected wells
- Auto-focus — laser or software-based focus per well
- Result export — image stacks and analysis CSVs returned to the run
Integration
Section titled “Integration”Revolution drives Cellvista through SynenTec’s automation API. Protocols are defined in YT and referenced by ID from Revolution method calls. Image storage paths are configurable so large datasets can land on shared storage rather than the controller PC.
