Tecan HP D300
The HP D300e (originally HP, now distributed by Tecan) is a digital dispenser that uses inkjet technology to deliver picoliter volumes directly into destination plates. Disposable T8+ cassettes carry the compound or reagent; volumes are specified per well in software, no source plate required.

- DMSO normalisation — top-up to a uniform DMSO concentration
Integration
Section titled “Integration”Revolution drives the D300e via the D300e Control software API, dispatching protocols generated from Revolution’s compound/plate definitions. Cassettes must be primed and present on the deck before the run; the D300e reports back well-level dispense success.
